Gwydir St is opposite the Lloyds TSB bank on Mill Road. Dales Brewery is the large building on the left. The Pilates Centre is on the far side of the building.
Mill Road is an easy walk from the centre of town and is well served by buses. Free parking is available in nearby streets and there is a pay & display carpark opposite.
Patients with severely restricted mobility may use a permit parking space next to the Pilates centre.
